Amenities include Wi-Fi, 40 LED TV's, Radio CD Stereo, air conditioning, provisioning, linen, blankets, washing machine (3,5 Kg), drying rack, iron, etc.

The maximum receptivity is of #5 (five) persons::

# 2 people in double bedroom;

# 2 people in a large double sofa bed in the living room (standard size);

# 1 person in single convertible bed in living room.

The maximum receptivity cannot be exceeded.

The number of guests shall not affect the rent price because it refers to the apartment (one or five guests the rate does not change).

The high comfort is guaranteed by the quality of the furniture and appliances and because the house is located on the top floor of the building, which makes it very quiet.

From the living room you can enjoy a pleasant view over the north area of Milan.
